This historical hotel dating back to the second half of the 19th century, the four star Hotel Edouard 7 recalls a time of flamboyancy and discovery in a rich and exciting cultural and artistic period. In 1877, Edward Prince of Wales, future King of Britain, a great lover of Paris, made the hotel his home in the city and was carried away by the performances at the Opera Garnier just two steps away. Today, under the helm of the B Signature hotel group and entirely renovated by designer Christophe Daudré, it reveals a unique concept in the hotel world : a thematic Couture collection where each room on each floor is designed like a silhouette to be dressed. Three floors on the Couture theme and four floors on the theme Edward 7. They offer a contemporary elegance, an extraordinary range of decors and colors which make each room unique. The metamorphosis of the hotel went with the repositioning of the restaurant: new trendy decoration in the spirit of a Parisian loft, the return to traditional service à la française with the best in traditional, regional cuisine.
