The hotel Le Cep is just steps away from the famous Hospices de Beaune and the basilica Notre-Dame in the heart of Beaune in Burgundy, capital of the Burgundy wines. This five star hotel is made up of various mansion houses and residences dating back to the 14^th or 16^th century, classified as historical monuments. In the summer, breakfast is served in the inner courtyard that dates back to 1547, part of the home of the Brunet Family whose descendants were directors of the Hospices. In the heart of the Burgundy vineyards, the hotel possesses the Saint Felix wine-tasting cellar for exclusive oenological experiences with more than 1000 wines from Burgundy. Each room category is called after an appellation of a Burgundy wine and each room is named after a specific Burgundy wine. The gourmet restaurant Loiseau des Vignes belonging to the Bernard Loiseau Group, a great Chef from Burgundy, is present in the hotel.
