Ferme Saint Simeon

La Ferme Saint Siméon, flagship of the Saint-Siméon Collection and member of the Relais & Châteaux Group, offers its guests a timeless, authentic and elegant experience. Set in Honfleur, the famous Art and History city celebrated by the greatest Impressionist painters, the 5 star hotel is set in the heart of a rich domain. The beautiful property is made up of a main house dating back to the 17^th century, a magnificent thatched roof cottage, a cider press and a charming house, all built in  pure Normandy style with the famous timber frames. The hotel’s 34 rooms are intimate and comfortable cocoons, spacious and full of light, decorated with style. Two signature rooms, where the painters Monet and Corot once stayed, tell the wonderful history of the place. The quest for well-being proposed by this parenthesis in Normandy is prolonged by massages in the hands of Patricia, France’s champion of massages in 2019-2020. The Spa is actually being renovated and will be opening again next Spring.  Best Gastronomy : The menu of Les Impressionists plunges gourmets into a warm atmosphere with its open fire places and exposed wooden beams. A fresh and elegant cuisine is served with the focus on local products sublimed by Executive Chef Matthieu Pouleur. The Bistro La Boucane proposes a seafood menu.
