The Laluna is a discreet, romantic hideaway nestled on thirty acres of untouched land surrounded by hills. It features 16 luxury cottages built with traditional Caribbean materials combined in a minimalist style with Indonesian elements. They are designed in an open-style plan to take advantage of the panoramic view of the sea. Each bedroom has a four poster Balinese king size bed opening onto an expansive verandah that serves as an outdoor living room with a small, square plunge pool. In addition to the cottages, Laluna offers three, four and five bedroom villas which are ideal for families or small groups. The beachfront property is famous for its thatched roof Italian restaurant and sunset lounge right on the beach, overlooking the Caribbean Sea: the perfect setting for an authentic, delicious Italian meal with a stunning view accompanied by a selection of Italian wines from the unique wine cellar. Best Spa: The hotel’s wellness sanctuary at the Laluna Asian Spa features professional Balinese masseuses using Eastern techniques for massage, facial, hand treatments and more. The Spa features a couples’ room for treatments and a Tatami room for stronger massages done on the floor. At the end of your treatment you can sip fresh ginger tea in the Tranquility pavilion. Laluna is also considered to be a Caribbean Yoga retreat with a Yoga pavilion directly on the beach.
