Kasbah Bab Ourika is set on a hilltop overlooking the Ourika Valley with magnificent views over the river, the green fields, the olive groves right up to the dazzling snowy mountain peaks. The hotel is the perfect escape from the heat and bustle of Marrakech, offering peace and relaxation in spectacular surroundings. The Kasbah has 42 rooms including 15 rooms in the main building, 7 in the garden, one villa and 3 pool suites. The other 11 deluxe rooms are in the Retreat, a new building mainly reserved for parties, groups and weddings. The beautiful villa has a spacious sitting room with fireplace, an open kitchen and sitting area, a black infinity pool and two bedrooms with views over the red hills of the National Park. Meals are ser- ved in the gardens or in the colonnaded restaurant. They can also be taken privately in the rooms or suites. The Chef specialises in traditional Berber recipes as well as interna- tional cuisine. He sources fresh organic products from the hotel’s organic kitchen gardens and the surrounding val- ley, creating simple, beautiful, tasty, healthy cuisine.
