It is through a monumental porch dating back to the 13th century, opening onto a unique architectural ensemble of adorned residences, that one discovers Le Domaine de Rochevilaine, a fabulous Relais & Châteaux. Located on a rocky peninsula of over one hectare, with 300 meters of pri- vate seafront, it stands like an island at the end of the world. This reconstituted Breton hamlet, with its 34 characterful rooms and suites bathed in light, offers spectacular views of the ocean in all weather conditions. Pathways and flower beds make up the lush gardens throughout the seasons, showcasing the seafront swimming pool set on the rocks. The Aqua Phénicia® spa, a 1,300 m2 «marine spa®,» offers origi- nal well-being methods based on natural products selected by Bertrand Jaquet, the owner and avid traveler. The aquatic area has been completely redesigned around the large heated pool at 30°C with its retractable roof. Light is omni- present, as is the view of the ocean. Best Gastronomy: the owner of the property, in collaboration with interior designer Chantal Peyrat, has transformed the dining rooms. Behind large windows, a beautiful harmony of colors and soft light fills the rooms with preserved and enhanced two-century-old parquet flooring. Chef Maxime Nouail is proud to perpetuate sincere cuisine, created around the finest flagship products from the region, sourced from the sea and the land.
