Pierre Hermé, a French Pastry Chef at the top of his game

Heir to four generations of Alsatian bakers, Pierre Hermé started working at the age of 14 with Gaston Lenôtre. Celebrated in France, Japan and in the United States, he was awarded “World’s Best Pastry Chef”- at the “World’s 50 Best Restaurants” 2016 ceremony in New York.
