Galette Vendôme by Naraé Kim
Inspired by the Place Vendôme, an architectural showcase designed by Jules Hardouin-Mansart, Pastry Chef Naraé Kim has come up with a truly exceptional Galette des Rois, a dessert halfway between a jewel-set cake and this majestic Parisian square seen from the sky. With this new creation, Naraé Kim proves once again that jewellery and patisserie enjoy a close relationship, and brilliantly transposes the jewellery codes to her puff pastry dessert. A delicate galette, made with a classic frangipane and a rum/blood orange jelly, the whole decorated with crystallised almonds, for a luxurious Epiphany.
