Prepared in a dream shaker, the cocktails distill colors and local flavors while the hotel’s cuisine features the best island products. The restaurant and bar are cooled by the trade winds. Executive Chef Anthony Martel is at the helm of the restaurant overlooking the Caribbean Sea. Facing the immensity of the turquoise waters, the Chef goes beyond the frontiers to include other culinary specialties. His very local menu reflects his passion for Mediterranean cuisine that was acquired after 15 years spent on the French Riviera. His cuisine takes its inspiration from fresh and local products manly organic. The fresh fish from the island and the lobster are delivered daily by the local fishermen. Special events rhythm the week at the Manapany: hippy evenings on the beach around a camp fire with live music once a week and on Sundays a musical barbecue lunch featuring creative and authentic dishes
