The restaurant La Plage is located on the 6th and 7th floor of La Pomme Hotel and has a panoramic terrace offering an exceptional view over the village of Courchevel 1850.
The authentic, atypical and passionate Chef Nicolas Méot, from the Burgundy region together with his multicultural team including staff from Mali, Colombia and Venezuela will do everything to surprise you with a varied and different cuisine influenced by the Mediterranean with a focus on fresh products. From Lebanon to Morocco, from Italy to Spain, you will go on a culinary journey one foot in the sand and the other in the snow. On the menu Saint-Jacques scallop gratin with pistachio, Batata Harra kebab, tuna from Sète and crackers Lebanese style. For the dessert; traditional recipes, chocolate mousse and madeleines.
