The Peninsula New York has developed a special cooking academy for their young guests. This interactive 2 hour class class is conducted by the hotel’s culinary team. After a special tour of the kitchen. young « chefs » may choose from three activities: baking cookies from scratch; cupcake decorating; or healthy smoothie creations. Each student receives a Pen Kids apron and chef’s hat as a keepsake to remember the experience. A kid-friendly lunch or Afternoon Tea is included.
